APPAREL AND GIFTS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:



Apparel that has been purchased from our current inventory may be returned within 15 days of the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund(excluding shipping charges). We will not return items that have been special ordered.

IN ORDER TO PROCESS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT 912-727-5332 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. THIS NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA# WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE AND REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE ISSUED AS A CREDIT. PLEASE MAKE SURE ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNUSED, UNWASHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. ITEMS RETURNED IN AN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% FEE AND REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE ISSUED AS A CREDIT. We will not return special order items...no exceptions, please do not ask.

When our customer service department provides you with your return authorization number, we will provide you with a mailing address. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PACKAGE INSURED. THE ENCHANTED UNICORN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RETURN, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

The Enchanted Unicorn does not keep customer credit card information on file. If you have a return, you MUST contact us so we can provide you with an RA# and take your credit card information so we can process the return.

Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped the following business day. If an order is placed on Friday, I will try to process the order that day, if I am unable to, I will process and ship it on the following Monday.

If an item is out-of-stock, I will contact the manufacturer/designer to see if I am able to get another piece, if so, please allow additional time for processing. Sometimes the manufacturer/designer will ship it directly to the customer, and sometimes it will be shipped directly to me. If the item is shipped to me and I have to ship it to the customer, there may be an additional shipping charge.

FURNITURE, BEDDING & ARTWORK POLICY:

ALL CUSTOM FURNITURE, BEDDING, & ARTWORK, PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE DESIGNERS AND WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SHIPPING FEE AND/OR DROP SHIP FEE THAT THE DESIGNER WILL SET. PLEASE ALLOW 4-12 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. ALL CUSTOM FURNITURE, BEDDING AND ARTWORK ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. WE REQUIRE A 65% DEPOSIT AT TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. THIS 65% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF ORDER IS CANCELLED.

FABRIC SWATCHES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. AND WE WILL BE GLAD TO WORK WITH YOU ON COLOR SCHEMES AND DESIGNS. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE AT 912-727-5332 FOR AN ACCURATE SHIPPING/DROP SHIP QUOTE!

SIZE EXCHANGE or exchange for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: THE AIR FLOW AND COSTUME PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND HAVE AN ADDED DROP SHIP FEE AND/OR FREIGHT FEE. THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. ITEMS FROM THESE VENDOR ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM items such as monogramming, custom furniture orders, custom bedding, artwork and items that are custom ordered such as Christening gowns and holiday dress are NOT returnable. Unless there is a manufacturer defect.

SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for store credit only.

ALL HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE are final sales as of the date of the holiday. This includes all holiday attire for Christmas, Haunkkah, Easter, Thanksgiving dresses and all Holiday casualwear. Items sent back with an unauthorized return number, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and remaining balance issued as a store credit.

For all returns, we are only authorized to credit the card used for the original sale. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS at the time of delivery will be charged a 50% restocking fee and store credit for remaining balance.
