In 2005 The Enchanted Unicorn, A Children’s Boutique, LLC launched its online children’s specialty boutique selling top designer children’s apparel, educational toys, gifts, bedding , furniture and art for children.

After a few years past, I felt like something was missing! I really wanted to give my clients the opportunity to have quality apparel with a unique twist for their children. I feel we are all given a talent, and mine sat right underneath my nose. I realized that my passion in life is a good sewing machine, fabulous fabrics and most of all my creativity(and of course being a wife and mom)! In 2008 I slowly crossed the bridge and started up my passion for sewing and fabrics. I was a bit hesitant and unsure how it would come about. I created a couple of little outfits and to my surprise, I started getting orders in! I felt so blessed that something that excites me so much actually awed other people…so that is when my custom design business was born…Polka Dotted Goose Designs, LLC.

With a recent renovation of my business and my website, I have decided to drop mass produced children’s apparel, bedding, furniture and art. I now offer only custom designed apparel for children and educational toys and gifts. I create and sew all the garments myself paying very close attention not only to the quality of fabrics, but the quality of my sewing and attention to detail. The Polka Dotted Goose Design garments are not manufactured using mass production or sold in boutique stores. My designs are only sold through our retail business The Enchanted Unicorn, A Children’s Boutique, LLC.

As a 1991 graduate from UW-Stevens Point with a BA Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design. I was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin. In the past 18 years I have lived with my husband and children all across the U.S. I am at peace and feel as though I finally found my inner soul and expression through my beautiful sewing! I love being a wife, a stay at home mom, a volunteer and a master seamstress with so much creativity it is bursting to get out! My true purpose and destiny has arrived!
